One-time pass
30 days of paid access. No recurring subscription.
Advisory service
Guidance is not medical care or an in-person professional fit.
Rights preserved
Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over these Terms.
Legal review status: this is a product-aligned draft, not legal certification. Before production publication, a qualified Portuguese/EU lawyer should confirm the operator's legal name, registered address and tax/company details, and review the final checkout and data notices.
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of the 2BikeFit service, trading under the 2BikeFit brand (“2BikeFit”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing the service, or purchasing a pass, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2BikeFit is an online service available at 2bikefit.com. Contact details are in section 15. The operator's complete statutory business identification must be inserted after professional legal review and before these Terms are used in production.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you are under the age at which you may contract independently where you live, a parent or legal guardian must create or approve the account and supervise your use.
Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity on your account to the extent permitted by law. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared to avoid payment or access controls.
3. Service and bike-fit limitations
2BikeFit analyses a side-view cycling video and information you provide to produce measurements, fit observations and adjustment guidance. Features may include a free Fit Scan, paid detailed analysis, iterative re-analysis, comparisons and the Cadence AI assistant.
Results depend on video quality, camera position, rider movement, equipment setup and the information you provide. Some areas, including cleat position and saddle tilt, are advisory or questionnaire-led and cannot be measured with the same confidence as clearly visible joint angles.
The service is educational and informational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or a guarantee of performance, comfort or injury prevention. Stop if an adjustment causes pain, numbness, instability or other concerning symptoms, and consult an appropriately qualified healthcare or bike-fitting professional. Make mechanical adjustments only if you can do so safely; otherwise use a qualified bicycle mechanic.
4. Payments, pricing and access passes
The price, currency, taxes (if applicable), included features and access duration shown immediately before purchase are part of your order. Stripe processes payment. A purchase is complete only after successful payment confirmation.
The current paid product is a one-time 30-day access pass, not a recurring subscription. There is nothing to cancel and we do not automatically renew or charge another period. If you buy another pass while paid access remains, the additional 30 days are added after the existing end date. Otherwise, access starts when the payment is successfully processed.
Promotions may have separate, clearly presented conditions. You may use only promotions for which you are eligible. Except where law requires otherwise, the checkout price accepted for an order is the price for that order even if a later promotion differs.
When paid access expires, paid features become unavailable. Your account and any free features may remain available unless you close the account or it is terminated under these Terms.
5. Refunds, withdrawal and statutory consumer rights
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of each successful payment made directly to 2BikeFit. Each additional access-pass purchase has its own 14-day period.
To request one, email support@2bikefit.com from the address associated with your account, using the subject “Refund request”. Include the purchase date and account email so we can locate the payment. You may include the Stripe receipt number, but never send card details.
We ask for a reason so we can understand the request and improve the service. However, if mandatory law gives you a right to withdraw without giving a reason, you do not need to provide one. An administrator reviews the account, payment and eligibility before issuing any refund; this review does not make a mandatory right discretionary.
Approved refunds are issued manually through Stripe to the original payment method. Paid access ends when the refund is issued, and your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights concerning distance contracts, digital services or digital content, conformity, remedies, unfair terms and withdrawal. We will not treat use of the service by itself as a waiver of a statutory withdrawal right unless every consent, acknowledgement and confirmation required by applicable law was properly obtained.
6. Acceptable use
You may use 2BikeFit only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with or overload the service; bypass access, payment or security controls; use another person's account without permission; upload unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing material; introduce malware; scrape or systematically extract the service; reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits; or use outputs to build or train a competing model or service without our written permission.
Do not submit another person's video or personal information unless you have authority and all necessary consent to do so.
7. Intellectual property
2BikeFit and its licensors retain all rights in the software, designs, branding, prompts, analysis methods, text, graphics and other service materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service and your results for your own non-commercial bike fitting.
No rights are granted by implication. Feedback you voluntarily send may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, but we will not publicly identify you with that feedback without permission.
8. Your content and data
You retain the rights you hold in videos, measurements, messages and other material you submit (“Your Content”). You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and analyse Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support and improve the service, comply with law, and provide the features you request.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content. Our handling of personal data, analytics technologies and storage should also be described in the privacy and cookie notices presented with the service. Those notices must be completed and reviewed separately; these Terms are not a substitute for them.
9. Third-party services
2BikeFit relies on third parties for functions such as authentication and storage (Supabase), payments (Stripe), product analytics (PostHog), sign-in (Google, when selected), email delivery and computing or AI-assisted processing. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use their services.
We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law and do not use this section to exclude them. We are not responsible for independent third-party products or sites that we do not control.
10. Availability and service changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available operation. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures and third-party outages may cause interruptions.
We may improve, replace or discontinue features. We will not materially reduce an already-purchased paid access period without a lawful reason and an appropriate remedy where required. We may change future prices or offerings, but changes do not alter a completed order unless you agree or law permits it.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us if you want help closing your account; closing an account does not itself create a refund right.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, suspected fraud, unlawful use, serious or repeated breach, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. We may terminate for a material breach that cannot be remedied or remains unremedied after notice. Any refund or remedy for unused paid access remains subject to applicable law.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not give warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on recommendations, checking that your bicycle is safe, and seeking professional help where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by information or circumstances you failed to disclose, unsafe adjustments, misuse, or events outside our reasonable control.
For users acting in the course of a business, and only to the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount that user paid to 2BikeFit in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This contractual cap does not apply to consumers where it would restrict mandatory rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your habitual residence or any forum rights available to you under applicable law.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Consumers may also use a competent court or, where applicable, an authorised consumer alternative dispute resolution entity. The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so these Terms do not direct you to that discontinued service.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. The page will show the effective date. If a change materially affects ongoing use, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to a completed purchase.
15. Contact
Questions, complaints and legal notices may be sent to support@2bikefit.com. Include the email associated with your account and enough detail for us to locate the issue, but never email payment card details.
