A studio bike fit costs $200–$400, while here you can re-analyze as many times as you need within your access period.
No. It's a single $35 one-time payment that unlocks 30 days of full access. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel. Bike fitting is iterative, so 30 days gives you enough time to test adjustments, ride, and re-analyze as many times as you need. Buy another month anytime; if you still have time left, the new days stack on top.
Haven't run an analysis yet? Ask within 14 days of payment and you get a full refund, no reason needed. Once you've run one, we put things right when the tool didn't do its job: analysis that failed, results that are clearly wrong, or a fault on our side. Usually that means fixing it or adding the lost days back to your pass, and a full refund when we can't. Tell us what went wrong and we check it against your fits. See the refund terms for eligibility and instructions.
Just your bike, a stationary trainer, and a smartphone to record video. We handle the analysis.
You can still get a fit. Lean against the wall on your right side for balance and pedal backwards so the cranks keep turning while the bike stays in place. Just know that this is less stable than a trainer, so your pedaling won't be as smooth and the measurements will be a bit less precise. For the most accurate results, we recommend a stationary trainer whenever possible.
